Terms of Service

Please carefully review this page before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the following terms. I am not at fault if this page is not reviewed. (I know it's long, I'm so sorry)If anything is in any way unclear, please message me and ask! I'd rather explain it for you rather than cause issues during the commission process! <3

General Info

This section is intended to provide clarity on my general rules, expectations of both myself and the commissioner, process, and content restrictions. Please follow these as these are my most basic guidelines for my commission process.

  • Artist's Right to Refusal: If I am uncomfortable with the subject matter requested, unequipped for the type of commission due to lack of materials or equipment, or otherwise unable to complete the commission for any reason (i.e. mental/physical health, lack of confidence, etc.), then I reserve the right to refuse any commission as I see fit.

  • Communication is Key!: As you are paying for a commission from me, I understand that it can be stressful due to all of the scammers online!
If you ever have any questions or concerns about the status of your commission, please first check my Trello Queue to see where your commission is. If it has been awhile since it has been updated, please reach out to me so that I can let you know! I may have just forgetten to update it in the queue and been busy with work, school, etc.
However, since I am expected to communicate with you, I also expect you to communicate with me. A large part of my process is frequent updates and asking for approval from the commissioner. I cannot proceed if I do not have approval, which is especially vital if you are hoping to hit a specific deadline.

  • Required References: I do require reference pictures of your character(s) once I accept a commission. While I can work from "one-off" images, other artwork, or sketches, I much prefer to have a clear reference sheet that depicts all markings, details, and colors of the character. This helps to ensure that I can bring your character to life as easy as possible without causing confusion or frustration between us. If I am unable or unconfident in my ability to draw your character from the images provides, I may have to decline.

Commission Process

This section is intended to give insight into the selection of commissions I take, boundaries of content, and my general commission process!

WILL DRAWWILL NOT DRAW
Most Animals (Especially Canines!)Sexually explicit/NSFW Content
Moderate GoreHumans
Couples (Appropriate ones, obvs)Mechs/Robots
Anthros (Tentatively, I'm not great at them yet)Fetish Content
Religious Content (excluding markings/jewlery)Hateful/Racist/Homophobic/Transphobic/etc. Content
  • Timeline: The turnaround time for commissions may vary depending on type of commission, complexity, and current workload. Generally, a commission from me should take no longer than 2 Weeks to a Month at MAX. Please let me know ahead of time if you have a hard deadline that you need a piece done by! I will communicate any required extensions I need due to health, work, school, or personal matters.

  • Commission Selection: If I have received a commission request from you and opted to do it, I will message you back on the platform you originally requested to commission me on to verify that I have decided to take it.

  • Beginning Stages: I will receive details from you, such as reference images, pose ideas, commission type, etc. After that, I will begin working on a rough sketch. My "sketch phase" is usually in two parts: a Rough Sketch and a Clean Sketch. The rough sketch is, well, rough and intended to get the very basic essence of the image down. Feel free to ask me to make changes here! This is the easiest step to change! If you like the general idea, I'll do a clean sketch that more accurately portrays the image direction. It will not be perfect, but you should get a good idea of where it's going. I will ask for approval after both of these!

  • Linework, Color, Shading, Etc.: In between each step, I will ask for approval. Once linework is completed, I will no longer accept major changes to the composition of the piece. Minor alterations are fine. During any of these steps, you may ask for updated Work In-Progress pictures!

  • Completion: Once the image is finished, I will not make edits, excluding those that are faults on my part such as missed markings, jewlery, etc. I make a point to update frequently, so any major issues should be brought up then.

Payment/Refunds

I only accept payment in USD through PayPal or Ko-Fi. Full payment is required before I begin the commission, unless the commission is over $100 USD. At that price, I am willing to offer payment plans if discussed first.Refunds depend on the current progress of the commission:1) A full refund will be offered if I have not yet started your commission2) A partial refund will be offered if requested at any point past the completed sketch. The amount will vary based on how far into the commission I have gotten.3) I will not offer refunds at all if I have completed the commission. If I am for any reason unable to complete the commission at all or by an established deadline for personal reasons, I will issue a refund.
